All the Info: Mun: nox Contact: pm this account, please Character(s) at Invoria: sophie -------------------- Character Name: william ( will ) hawthorne Age: 23 PB: eddie redmayne Stranger/Native: native Class: ranger Occupation: woodsman History: william is the youngest child born to the local butcher (horst) and his wife. from a young age he has taken an interest in the forest that surrounds the village. there were a few times where he was lost for a day or two, but he always returned home. while his love for the forest was great, it was nothing compared to the feelings that he developed for a certain lily; a childhood friend. his love and devotion to her was evident in the eyes of those around him, but she never picked up on it. he never felt that he was enough for her, therefore allowed her to marry another man (a friend of will's and someone that he trusted would treat her well). even though he allowed lily to do he was wounded deeply. that was when his fascination with the forest grew and it became an obsession. he hardly spends time in the village and has become a remarkable marksman. with time, he has also learn the abilities to call forth animals to help aide him in his endeavors within the harsh environment of the forest. he relies on cunning and speed in battle. the knowledge of his environment often gives him an advantage over others. will has also been known to use traps when in battle and can make them out of almost anything he can get his hands on. Personality: william is a good guy who follows his own moral compass. he doesn't like when people use other people for their own gain -- he doesn't care much for laws or regulations, but he knows when to step in and do what is needed. he is a man of his word and hardly (if ever) goes back on it. when it comes to loyalty he isn't the kind of person to pledge it to the first person he sees, that person has to prove themselves or william has to see something in them that makes him want to be around them. he knows how selfish and greedy people can be and that doesn't settle well in his book. Your Goals for Your Character: for william to realize that he needs people and can't rely on animals and the wildness forever -- there is something that he's lacking and that is often social contact. he also needs to learn that rules and regulations are there for a reason and just because he doesn't agree with them doesn't mean he can ignore them. also, getting the girl would be nice. ): it would help him realize that he does need to depend on people instead of letting them depend on him.
