All the Info: Mun: Ana Contact: anaili[at]gmail[dot]com Character(s) at Invoria: Johnny? -------------------- Character Name:fiddlerjohnny - John "Johnny" Deason Age: 20 PB: Sebastian Stan Stranger/Native: Stranger Class: Bard Occupation: Playing music, entertaining folks on the road, that sort of thing. History: Johnny was just a bit of a redneck Georgia boy until the day when he ran across the Devil out in the woods behind his house. No. Really. Not that he knew that the stranger with the golden fiddle and the crooked smile was the Devil. Either way, given a challenge to play for the most beautiful instrument he'd ever seen in his whole life (at the possible cost of his soul, of course), well, Johnny couldn't resist.
And if he hadn't been so cocky about winning, maybe the Devil would've left it there. But making your parting comment be, "I told you once you son of a bitch, I'm the best that's ever been," is apparently a good way to get yourself transported to an entirely different world. That was a bit over a year ago. And maybe he'd have actually learned some humility if his natural talent with a fiddle wasn't now suddenly magnified by the preternatural ability he now has to draw a crowd with his music. Assuming he can keep it under control, of course.
Considering his life at home wasn't too shiny, save for a few bright spots, he's not too keen on finding a way back home any time soon. Though he does kind of miss modern transportation but he's gotten used to walking around and carrying everything he owns on his back. Which isn't much. He tends to keep moving between towns and villages, sometimes just ahead of a jealous husband.
Personality: He's a cocky, too smart for his own good, 20 year-old boy. He'll need a few (physical and metaphorical) kicks in the pants before he actually becomes a productive member of society, most likely. But in the mean time he'll be playing his music for his dinner and charming all the ladies in his vicinity.
Your Goals for Your Character: For him to learn how to grow up and look out for people other than himself, mostly. That and he's got bardic powers and all but no idea of exactly what the hell he's doing with them. Somebody probably better help him get a handle on that before he, mostly entirely unintentionally, uses that ability for...well...un-good. Assuming he hasn't, already, of course.
This is Qi's fault. Like everything. :|
